A personal note from Bonnie: Evening Visit represents a more nostalgic era when people actually took time to go for a visit. As the beautiful sunset creates a warm glow on this farmyard at the end of the day, an Amish family visits at a nearby non-Amish neighbor. This neighborly visit may be for an evening of chit-chat or maybe a good home cooked meal of chicken and mashed potatoes but either way it will be a good time had by all!
